Im a big fan of the video/still convergence that new DSLRs have made possible and here is an example of how beautifully this technology can be put to use. This is a short film called “The Last 3 Minutes” and it packs a lifetime into just a few minutes. It’s shot beautifully by Shane Hurlbut (the same cinematographer who shot Terminator: Salvation) and really illustrates the cinematic quality of 24p on the 5D Mark II.
